Ardent Environmental Group, Inc. (Ardent) is an environmental consulting firm which provides high-quality, efficient, and value-added environmental consulting services in support of real estate acquisition, sale, and management.  We are committed to being responsive, thorough, reliable, and technically sound.

Ardent’s principals and staff include California and Arizona Professional and Registered Geologists, environmental assessors, and Certified Asbestos Consultants with over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. We pride ourselves in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients by providing quality services on a timely basis. We are able to tailor cost-effective services to our clients while providing a high level of technical support. For over 20 years Ardent’s principals have earned the trust and respect of local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.

Work is performed for public and private real estate investment, acquisition, development, and management sectors. Ardent’s Environmental Assessment and Remediation service group completes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), subsurface investigations, health risk assessment, and soil and groundwater remediation activities. The Hazardous Building Material service group performs surveys for hazardous building materials, completes abatement and management plans, and oversees abatement and management operations. Other services that Ardent provides include third party review and oversight of other consultant’s work, management of impacted soil during construction, underground storage tank closure, and building demolition and oil well abandonment oversight.
